Default Plugs and Wires

Are there some hard facts on the best wire and plug combo for a 2000, with aftermarket intake and exhaust.
Please share.
Thanks.

No real reason not to go with AC Delco Iridiums and some GMPP red spark plug wires.

sometimes you can get good deals on the MSD that matches the oem wires from GMPP and in that case no real reason not to go with them. Otherwise the OEM ignition system on these cars are awesome.
