went on a run to Santa Cruz Ca....pics
we had great weather, a lot of traffic, and some good fun! it was a good 275 mile round trip.
it was around 30-35 CORVETTES driving around Santa Cruz yesterday...

Santa Cruz was the beach I used to go to when I still lived in Cali, and I remember the Santa Cruz cruise fondly. The drive there and back was always an awesome trip. It's one of the things I miss the most; Texas just doesn't have any roads that compare to the twists & turns of the Sierra Nevadas or San Andreas mountains. I'm really looking forward to taking my 2000 coupe to Arizona in a few weeks so I can finally hit some real mountain roads in it.

I would have LOVED to go with you guys!.. too bad i moved to texas in april and my vette did too.. as much as i like going fast in a straight line. My car and I love the mountain roads up there.. and miss them! Truly jealous!!

let me know the details if i am not busy that weekend i will ride out with you guys....
we all met up at the pleasington fair grounds
that was highway 152 from Watsonville to Santa Cruz....that is a really nice ride!
