Is there anyone around that does custom fiberglass work on hoods? I am looking for a new turbo hood with louvers and vents inserted/graphted into the stock hood and I do not want the extra hood laying around .

You won't mind the extra hood when you see the difference in price. Adding stuff to an existing hood is asking for issues down the line anyway, you'll almost always see where the parts were bonded together after a while.
