Don't let them try to mark up the price on the car calling it a 50th anniversary edition. ALL 2003 Corvettes had the 50th badge.
There was only one special edition edition for the 50th.
They looked like this.

C6 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019
Being blue it's not an anniversary model.

22K is what I paid for a '03 TR Z with 21K miles a month ago or so. Mechanically stock, mild appearance mods. Both the seller and buyer (me) were happy with the price.
All '03s have the 50th anniversary badges, but only the ones show above are the 50th special edition models.

The car must be Electron Blue in color and IMO, with that mileage, is probably worth in the $22-23K price range.

Back in July, I bought an 03 Z with 14,000 miles on for $26,900. Most people said that was high, but I checked NADA and KELLY Blue and it was under on both. I looked at the car and besides the tires, the car was in perfect condition. I wanted it, so I bought it. Best decision I ever made.
