Just received my front lip spoiler and was wondering if the stock 3 piece rubber dam spoiler has to come off. I haven't put the car up on the rack yet but it appears that may be the case. Anyone installed one of these from RPI Designs? It appears to be a real nice carbon fiber surfaced product.

I had to remove the sides one, but kept the center one. You'll like the new look it what the C5 should of came with from the factory.

Spongevette, for the front did you have to remove the stock 3 piece rubber spoiler?

That's three separate pieces, leave the middle "air-dam" on, it helps funnel air to the radiator, and remove the ones on either side. At least that's what I did.

I really don't recall if I "had" to remove each side, or, if I removed them because it looks better without them on....CRS, over here...

I left the 3 air dams on when I installed this piece. No problems.
