Just the pieces for a Vert Top (6 pieces, bout 10-12" each) cost enough to rent a beach house for a week...

I recently ( just this week) had my windshield replaced to the tune of $1400..... I only paid $200 deductable. What was not covered was the inner door weatherstipping (window).. Good thing i only need one... as they were $441!!!

Check out vendors like Mid-America also - I think they offer three levels of weatherstripping for the C5.

DO NOT EVEN BUY THE CHEAPER STUFF!!!!! I didn't know how sorry the cheaper was at first. I installed a couple of sets on my 88 and 93 C4's and they literally fell apart in 2 months. I called and complained about the trash trim and got them replaced.

Be forewarned !

I also can't believe how much we are being raped for on the OEM stuff. I suspect the guy who set those prices is in the Feds Witness Protection program, OR SHOULD BE!
