I have a 2002 wrecked Corvette 6 speed that needs the engine harness replaced. The connectors and ecm are damaged. My questions are 1) does the trans harness unplug and seperate from the main engine wire harness ? 2) How can i tell the difference of a harness from a 6 speed car vs an auto car ? 3) Will a engine harness from an 2000 C5 w/6 speed work on my 2002 C5 6 speed ? I have a used harness and ecm located but the guy is not sure if it came from a 6 speed or auto but he is certain that it is for an 2002 which is why the 2nd question. I also have one located from a 2000 w/ 6 speed is why question #3. Thanks, Gary 918-381-1273
