Default Official 2012 "Pay it Forward" Thread

2012 "Pay it Forward"
Holiday Thread

The past several years it has been my great pleasure to start
the annual "Pay it Forward" Thread.

For those of you who do not know how this works, simply look
around your Garage/Shop/House for some Corvette parts that
you have laying around and offer them up in this thread.
(No items for Sale Please)

If you see something you want/need simply Quote, Post and PM
the person that is offering up the item.

Here is a link to a Past Pay it Forward thread so you can see how it works

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...rd-thread.html

Have a great Holiday Season Everyone

Peace
Chip

Nice, But I don't think they are stock... Nice gift for someone.
Thanks.
Mr.Bill

I think they are better than stock, Even if they are made in Taiwan.

How do you tell? Glad I didn't try to sell them as "stock". I took them off when I changed to clear corners. I just checked them and they are made in Taiwan...I thought they were stock...but hey they are free...

You can tell they are not OEM stock because of the design of the corner housings. Actually, I think they are nicer than stock and would match up well with a set of LED lights. I would take them if I hadn't already swapped out my corners.

Nice gift!

stock housings have chrome trim and a lens that's cross-ribbed. They are also made of a grey plastic-like material that's tougher than the materials used in most aftermarket lights....not that it matters much with the heat of the factory bulbs....lol
