First real hot day here today. Got a chance to use mine today sitting in a bit of traffic. Works like a charm! Really brings the temp down quickly. I installed mine last summer and it was quite easy. Well worth the money!

Gets hot in the summer where I live...............105F normal summer temps, 112F not unusual, 118F not unheard of.

I think this is a product I should/will buy pretty soon here.

It's on my "to buy list" when I get my 98 out of storage. As of now, I can't use the AC when it is hot out or the C5 overheats (yes, my radiator is clean)

I had a serious problem with my7 coolit the other day. it got a little warm outside and while driving in traffic I noticed the temp on my car rise! It was getting close to the 230 mark. then I realized what the problem with my coolit was. I forgot to turn it on lol I still love my coolit! as a matter of fact a couple of weeks ago we had our first autox event of the year and since this was the first year that I had a Corvette out there all my buddies who have had Vettes for years came over to "offer me advise" on my Corvette, Everything from how to get in and out of the car to the you have to watch your temp on the car. It was WONDERFUL that I was able to say "hey, I got that covered! check this thing out" then I showed them the coolit, told them how it worked, told them how to get one, then for the final proof showed them my temp gauge sitting at a nice 200 while theirs were all at 230!

so yesterday I was at vette magic in the blistering heat! and due to another issue that I have going on in the car I have to let it warm up before I can drive it. I started my car to let it warm up and turned on my Coolit. then someone came up and we started talking. well about 20 minutes later I got into my car to go home. The outside temp gauge in the car said it was 111 degrees! and my car had been idling for 20 minutes in that heat and with the Coolit running my car was idling at a nice and comfy 200 degrees. If the Coolit had not been on I'm positive that that the car would have been between 230 and 240 degrees. Once again the Coolit proved itself to be a wise investment!
