It happened Aug 2010, I had it fixed right away and the body shop did a great job, I am still happy with the work.

This was me vs a pole @ work one day( we make runs down the strip you see my boss had just got a limited edition orange M3), I made out better than that poor guy under the 18 wheeler, just 6 stitches from the pass glass flying my way, glue to put my scalp back & a concussion....
a week later, 2,000 bucks & the old lady moved out
...
this was before a cut & buff
