Dino's Corvette Salvage
I'm looking for a rebuilt electronic part and see them offered at Dino's Corvette Salvage in MS. Anybody have any experience with this vendor? Thanks.

Does the part have to be rebuilt or can it be just a used part? If used is OK, try Marc at VetteNuts or Corvette Recycling. I've had good luck with both of those vendors.

Burning Brakes
I ordered a refurbished/rebuilt driver's seat track assembly last year. My original had broken one of the plastic housings on the worm drive for the rear up/down.
The one they sent me had a part broken off in shipping. When I contacted them, they advised that I should switch the good part off of my old one and put it onto the new one. I said I would really rather they just send one that is not broken and they admitted that they didn't have any more. Although their website makes it seem like they have many in stock, they pretty much rebuild these one at a time as they come in.
I did the switch and it works fine and the rebuilt one they sent me appears to be a quality rebuild and has worked fine for the 10 months it has been installed. Still, I paid for a complete working unit and ended up having to spend a couple of hours extra fixing it before I could use it. They didn't offer any sort of a credit or refund for my trouble. Also, on the core refund, I had to contact them a couple of times before it was credited to my account.
Not a terrible experience - I got a working seat track assembly out of it - but it left an unpleasant aftertaste.

Red cars are faster. They did a study on it.

Safety Car
Got a throttle cable for our 93 from them, they did make a special effort to get it off a car that just came in and get it out overnighted to us as the car was down. No complaints here, but that was the only time I have used them.

They have a pretty good reputation in this part of the world. Never used them but they have been recommended to me by several people and at least one Corvette shop. FWIW.

I recently had excellent service from Dino on a rebuilt seat track. Shipped promptly and core refund processed promptly. The connectors that attaches the round bar in the back to the tracks are considerably more substantial that the OEM part that failed on mine.
