Default performance chip?

Has anyone heard of GF performance chip. Just wondering if you really get the gains that they claim. If anyone has used this how has it worked for you? How was the install? Thanks for the info!

Search is your friend, This same chip was covered last week. C5 Corvettes don't use a chip.

They do not work.

Grab an InTune if you want to take it to the max

If you are serious about a tune I would contact Chuck at COW a forum vendor. He is the man when it comes to Corvette tunes in my book, Great support if you ever change something where you need to change the tune.

It's a waste of money. Spend your cash elsewhere on something that really works.

+ if you get very serious about performance mods, then go the route of a custom dyno tune by a reputable speed shop.

I have already had a dyno tune but just thought if you could get a few more ponies what the heck. I guess if the chips are not for the c5 oh well.

I'm surprised that this company is not out of business. I don't think there are any currently made vehicles that use chips anymore, all computers must be flashed to be retuned. New GM products don't even use the Tech II anymore, there is a new computer device for diagnostics.
