Default Battery charging

I need to charge the battery. If I take battery out if the car no bolts to connect charger so do I connect charger with it in car and + - terminals connected to battery and clip on charger leads? I've got a dual 10 or 2 amp option charger.

If you pull it out, you can buy lead bolts that screw in specifically for that purpose. They're very cheap at WalMart.

Connected charger to battery then plugged in charger but it is making a lot of clicking sounds and hood light is flickering and sounds like antena motor going. Is this normal?
