1957 BMW Isetta 250 three wheeler "Rolling Egg " But seriously it would have to be a 1966 442 convertible with a 4 speed ( All Black ).

my dd is a porsche 911 cabrio, 300hp 6 speed and a nice daily ride. if not the 911 then i guess i could drag out the 78 pace car or steal my wife's magnum r/t if i was forced to leave the C5 in the garage, lol. oh and for real fun i guess i could scare a few folks on the block with my 1938 buick 90L formal limo

My standbys are a Jag XJS and a XJ6 Coupe. Both have issues and have left me stranded before and my '86 C4 is leaking oil from 5 places and would catch on fire if I drove it more than a few miles so I really depend on my C5.
If I had my own oil refinery I'd daily drive a 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix or a 1964 Thunderbird but in reality I've been looking for a 77-82 Porsche 924 as a daily beater. Slow but fun to drive, easy to work on and parts aren't too expensive.

If Corvette is out....modded early 90's NSX all day long...or
Mark IV supra...or
FD RX7 modded/rebuilt with stronger apex seals and a good port job
hard call, but without corvette in existence I'd be driving Japanese...
or a highly modded S2000 (currently own slightly modded S2k and it's a damn impressive car on the track)
