Anyone else running 60lb injectors in n/a car
Well the car is probably going down to get tuned since its still getting too much fuel with my mail order tune.
Anyway my question is.... Is anyone out there running 60's on a h/c/I car. I'd like to keep these injectors because I already have them but I don't want to go to the tuner and have him not be able to make them work.
The car has a ms4 cam, prc 227cc heads with 62cc domes, fast 90 ported intake, Siemens 60lb injectors, 90mm gm throttle body, cold air intake, long tube headers, slp loud mouth, 255lph pump, Taylor wires and a few small things.
Will I be ok to keep these?

WAY too big and could cause tuning issues. FWIW: I ran Ford Red Tops - about 35-36lbs at C5 fuel rail pressure - on my 460RWHP 346CI build. I run Ford Green Tops - about 47-48lbs - in my 577RWHP 427CI build.

Alright that's good news. Just got a mail order tune for money issues. But she's loading up and flooding out on idle so now I'm forced to take it to a dyno tune. Just making sure the 60's can be used so I don't go waisting 400$ on another set of injectors

Those injectors will be fine with your setup, I have a lot less mods but occasionally run E85 so I need the extra duty cycle. I have no surging or any other weird behavior.

Did the mail order tune have the injector tables for your injectors?
In my opinion, if you change injectors, you should get a real dyno tune. Mail order tunes are great for bolt ons, cause the MAF and injectors are stock, so you can get real close.
for such a departure from stock as your car, a real tune is in order. First need to get right injector tables, then tune your VE, then idle, then WOT with a wideband. There is no reference point for you with the mail order tune.

Texas speed did the mail order tune. I figured it woulda been spot on because I used their heads and cam but it doesn't seem right. It loads up and stalls out. I've been trying to get ahold of them to talk to the tuner but I can't get a call back. I know it's probably going to need a dyno tune I was just wondering if the car can be tuned with these. Don't want to spend 400$ on injectors if I don't have too
Not every mail order tune can anticipate every variable in everyone's setup. Most are good, some are great, but there will always be some with issues.
Loading up and stalling happening every time and together? Or while driving it loads up and when you come to a stop or neutral it stalls? How big of a cam?
