I think its your touch, matches up with wheels and GS stripe, go black on everything like said above, all lights, door handles, halo, limo tint, gas door, the works, that would be sick

I would have to see it in person, but I think it successful, so many corvette look alike.
I am just glad it is on yours, not mine. I savor the design flow on mine and have few accents beyond badges , and even some of those are gone.
I used to enjoy an old Triumph TR6 which came factory with a flat black rear. It was designed by the house of gugliarmo ( sorry that spelling attempt is useless, it was italian ) and kind of made a statement that you understand the rear of this car is going to catch dust, and get blackened from the road, you have thought ahead and compensated, therefore, I can run it dirty if I want to.
Perhaps I read too much into it.......

doesn't do much for me. as cars age i'm a fan of the stock look. what generally happens is cars come out, owners have them for awhile, then the mod bug hits then they bolt on all these parts and sell the car
seems like there are getting to be fewer and fewer stock cars with just GM parts.
03 anniversary convertible. the z16 z06 or even a nice black or red z06/coupe for a daily driver left factory stock
love seeing them

Well...I've seen tons of pics online with the back black and loved it. Had this painted this week. I'd have to say I don't really think I like it. Kinda sick about it. Just confused. I posted pics on here and the corvette peeps seem to hate it and I posted a pic on Facebook and everybody loved it. I'm sticking with my corvette people. Just wish I wouldn't have dropped $800. Who knows what it'll cost to get it back to normal.

I think it looks fine!!! Look at it this way, It's your vette & It looks like no other.. Why have the car look the same as 5,000 other corvettes look like??? Custom to fit your taste... That's whats counts....

Personally, it's not a look I care for.

Looks ok...with the all black rear, I prefer the gloss black look myself. Still, I'd never do that to my own Car. Just the lower bumper section.
With some different rims, your car would still look tight. Carry on!
