Fixed Annoying Door Rattle
I figured I'd post this in case anyone in the future runs into the same problem I had with an excessive rattling noise in the door when the radio hit certain frequencies. The rattle was so loud I couldn't drown it out and it was very audible from outside the car at 10+ft away.
I ripped out every component of the door one by one with the music playing until the rattling went away but I got to a point where only the speaker remained and I could stick my head in the door and see nothing that could rattle....
Except the door brace. I jammed some cardboard between the brace and the door skin and the sound went away. I took the cardboard out and traced the problem to where the brace connects to the door hinge steel at the front of the door inside. It appears the brace uses crimped in studs and the crimps got loose so the whole bar rattled in the squared channel. Because the crimps were loose trying to tighten the nuts did nothing so I decided to wrap dynamat around the bar next to the channel until I was wedging the brace back in place. I then used Dynamat behind every component in the door and closed it all back up and now no more rattles on the driver side at all
Now I have to fix the Bose emblem on the passenger side

Good job tracking the noise down. Have saved this just in case I ever have to do the same.
