Line lock solenoid fail and lock brakes without power
I have a line lock on my 02 z06 and right now the front brakes are locked on. I just finished bleeding the brakes at all 4 corners but now the car wont move. The rear was jacked up and they spin freely. The line lock was previously disconnected but when reconnected blew the 30a fuse. Tried a 25a fuse since I didn't have a 30 and it blew too.
BUT if the line lock has no power why is it locking the brakes? Bad solenoid?

Going to get a new 30a fuse today, hook back up the switch and send power to the solenoid. If it pops the 30a fuse I'm going to assume the solenoid is ****. Any other suggestions?
Odd because the brakes bleed fine

It's odd too because the line to the solenoid for the voltage beeps as grounded when I test with my ohm meter. I checked wiring and nothing is pinched or crimped, so it must internally be ****ed It should pop this fuse fast then
