Air bag warning labels removal
When I bought my '01 new the first thing I did as soon as I got home was to remove the ugly 'air bag warning' labels from the sun visors. I'd heard they could be removed safely without harming the visor or leaving any residue on the visor if you did it as soon as you got the car.
I bought a used '04' a couple of months ago and of course it has these ugly labels still on it. Does anyone know if they can be removed easily without harming the visor? I don't want to pull part of the fabric off the visor !

Here's a procedure that another forum member used to get his decals off the sunvisor. His car had to be at least 7 years old as he did this in 2011.

The guy that did my visors was dropping off our couch that my wife had re-done and he saw my car in the garage. He commented that he and his brother also did interior work on custom cars and hot rods. The rest is history.

Actually, I found a local guy that did them for around $100. What many people don't realize is that there are a lot of very talented people in their own area . . . who don't charge an arm and a leg for great work. I like the idea of using local businesses because you don't have to worry about shipping and if you have a problem, it's convenient to take it back.
