Old Guys, Cars, and Guns
Got this off the Pantera Forum. Thought you would appreciate. The bathroom is a great idea. Room for a shotgun too.
I heard today from Larry that the GT5S Pantera went to a 92year old guy who was on his 4th Pantera, now that is cool, I only
hope I'm still enjoying life as much at that age.
Indeed--the buyer is Jay Leone, who lives just north of the Golden
Gate Bridge. You may recall Jay is the fellow we spoke of at length
in 2012, when he was 'only' 90 years old and an intruder broke into
his house and held him at gunpoint and ransacked the place. Jay
convinced him to let him use the bathroom, where he wisely kept a
.357 Magnum for just such an occasion.
He emerged and a shootout ensued where he took a shot to the face,
and the burgler got multiple shots to his torso. Both survived, and the intruder (a repeat offender with a long rap sheet) was sentanced to 86 years in prison back in April of this year.
I suppose Jay thought he was getting a bit old to be hooning around
in his pearl white GT5-S conversion, when he sold it in 2012, but
perhaps he's had a bit of a rethink after this life-affirming
experience. So now he's tearing around in a yellow GT5-S instead!

Not sure what this has to do with C5s (perhaps would have been better posted in Off Topic), but good for the elderly gentleman. Never too old to enjoy a nice ride.
