What's in the rolling chassis? Looks like it will be sweet when complete.

I've had a few cars that needed a "heart & lung transplant"

It's simply a LS1 from a donor. coil overs, 6 speed, custom tube chassis.
The left over parts are going into the '65 barn find we started last year.

Any info on the relocation bracket for the compressor? looks like that would be a possible solution for a 67 Chevelle swap I have in mind.

I'll have to check on it. the engine install was done a few months ago.

I think the chassis guy did it.
It's a buddy's project, the engine (and suspension parts) came from one of our wrecks.

Someday I would like to create my own.... I love a good resto-mod! Best of both worlds.

Bare straps on the paint though.

The straps are nylon, and believe me a few light surface scratches were the least of the problems to worry about. (none were apparent after the lift was done) Stress fractures in the fiberglass, dropping the body hard, mangled fingers, mangled chassis parts, the correct balance points, and fit of the new chassis (mounting holes) all come into play.
