Default QA1 Coilover Shocks, who has them on there car?

I am in the process of wanting coilovers and ditch the leaf spring crappy ride! I like the Pfadt coils but at $2K, Im not excited to spend that kind of money!

I saw these QA1 SINGLE adjustables and they are a good price. Does anyone have them on there car? I would like some feedback! Thanks guys

I know someone selling a full set of single adjustables for $500 with 2k miles on them, thats a great deal!

I have C6Z shock on my car now, but I hate hitting a pot hole or sewer cap and having the shock wave go through the whole car. I want to eliminate this problem and think these QA1s will sole the problem.

Won't coilovers make that worse? What spring rate are they, I think the qa1's have 3 rates to choose from

Coilovers are all independent, the shock does not transfer to the other side like the leaf spring does.

They are the 550 spring rate

Can't comment on the QA1's, I have the LG GT2's and they perform very well.
Coil Overs make a huge difference in the ride quality...
Good luck on the mod Blitz'

Clown give rick a call he has QA1 on his rear now, Plus I have a set for the rear in order now. I should had them by today but again no luck on them. But for sure will have them on the car one day this coming week for sure. By what rick says the QA1 will not let you lower the car down much at all from the stock hight. That what he didnt like about them to the others. Robert

I bought a used set of Pfadts for less than the cost of a new set of QA1s. Since most Corvettes are garage queens, they may have 10k miles on them and looked great.

Good coilovers were the single best mod I did to my car. It rides great. Very smooth but does not float like a Caddy. I dropped it slightly from stock but not ghetto low, they eliminated wheel hop.

Not going low enough was the issue on the rear I had also. I went from the QA1 7" 550 lb. spring to a 6" 500lb. Eibach. Works great on the street, can not be beat at the strip!

You should buy them for $500, and give them a try. If you don't like them, sell them to me for $600.

I was looking at them when I was in the market for coilovers but could never get a answer on the adjust-ability range on them. I was looking at them for the price point as well. So after contemplating the difficulty in getting answers when I was trying to hand out money and then I thought how it may be once after the fact.

I just ended up buying a set of LG G2's and never looked back. Couldn't be happier, and the ride is night and day. Maybe it was just my timing or the questions I asked but I'll gladly pay more for good customer service any day.
