Default Modfied Vette a little help

All of you stockers out there in corvette land, thanks for looking in.
I know your opnion on modifed's --you don't like them. I have drilled
holes all over my vette and alot of you not one hole. Soooooo......

My question is for those that have modified their vette. As you can
see by the picture I have done alot of work on my vette (even a
rollbar). I am going to put a APR "wind deflector" on the front of
the vette for more down force. I race the car a few times a year.
High speed, autocross, and 1/4 mile. I do drive it on the street as
well.
I run a low spoiler on the back but I wonder if I should go with a
APR wing --high or a low carbon fiber wing. Alot of guys will say
ricer...I don't know will the wing be effective or a waste of time and
money . Thanks for helping me out

That's a beautiful car, don't screw it up with a spoiler that would likely never be functional. (unless you do a lot of high speed events) If you do plan on actually competing in high speed events, research which spoiler would be most beneficial for that type of driving.

It's your car ... Put the spoiler on it and use 2 sided 3/ m tape

Car looks good the way it is, but wouldn't be anything wrong with adding the front spoiler. Not sure I would put a larger rear spoiler on the car though.

I personally like the way it looks right now. No changes needed (just my opinion).

I had a Corvette Creationz spoiler on the front but it was warped
so I took it off. The ARP spoiler has been tested and it does work.
I can feel some front end lift when I drive over 100 (on the track).
The wing should plant my back end down, but when I am on the steet
I am sure I will have plenty of negative comments. The picture I took
is not the best but you can see I have a Carbon spoiler on the back
and it is helpful, I just think I could use more downward force..

Thanks for the kind words from everybody.
My real problem is I need a couple of vettes so I could do all the
things I want to do., My one and only has to be a DD , "race car",
show car and hobby car. That's alot for one vette..............

Aesthetically speaking, a big arsed wing will be a total eyesore on your booful car...really.

Aerodynamically speaking.....you may be doing more harm than good with a wing. In fact, E.T. wrote an illuminating post on just that about the design of the C5. In other words, the stock design has purpose, not just for looks. A wing might actually hinder your performance rather than improve. But I'm no expert so.....

I think you should leave well-enough alone.

There are alot of folks that say just what you have expressed.
I would consider a diffuser but Breathless is one of the few that have them. They cost 1k and I would have to change my exhaust from
a quad tip to a duel tip. I am not to hip on that. I know that CC
is looking into a diffuser but he builds for looks only. No R&D or
test track time.
I belong to the SCCA and in some classes C-5 and C-6 vettes
do run tall wings and I am sure that you know that in the NHRA
cars run low less than 5 inch wings which hang out the back of
the car.(5 in. off the deck).
You are correct the C-5 does have a great airo-body. Stock.
I have ordered a front splitter so that decision has been made
now the wing.............................
