Carlisle 2013 from my camera lens...and opinion
First time at Corvette's at Carlisle and to say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. So much to see, so much available to buy, so many mods that could be done while you wait. Just WOW.
There is absolutely no sequence or rhyme or reason to the photos I took, or the order I took them in. I could have taken one of every car they were all that nice! I was drawn from one car to the next it was that crazy! The people and the Corvette Culture is infectious throughout the whole scene and added so much to the experience.
I was PROUD to show up with my Corvette dirty as dirty could be! Bugs bugs and more bugs, brake dust and some dirt and road grime, not to mention the dirty butt syndrome. I drove my car HARD for a whole week through some of the nicest roads and scenery I have ever seen and that this country has to offer... And this car rewarded me greatly and it was my way of showing off what I felt was a serious accomplishment and testament to what a durable drivers car the C5 really is. Granted I washed throughout the week but when averaging about 530 miles a day, some more some less it was hard to keep up.
Anyways, I could babble for days... On to the good stuff, I hope ya'll are seated and your scrolling finger is loose and ready to work!

Mike, Thanks for sharing these great pictures for those of us that can't make it to the event.
I have to say the picture of you sitting in the C7 is great and that smile, Do I see a C7 in your future? I saw a blue one just like that one and it was fantastic.

WOW!! some of your shots of the C7s have given me a better perspective on that car. Still not sure about the tailights, but the rest of the car is starting to look pretty good to me. Thanks for posting those.

Well you most definitely accomplished that buddy. I have been a big NON fan of the C7. Your pictures show it in by far the most appealing light thus far IMO... Damn you I might have to second the "not if but when" sentiment after gandering your pics...
