After reading Zr-1Mike00's review I went ahead and ordered Chadwicks - because I am impatient I opted to pay extra for the 2 day shipping.

Neil almost immediately emailed me to let me know because I am in Florida standard shipping would do and he was getting the product out to me - saving me a ton of shipping money.

THAT is customer service! An additional few emails exchanging pics of our cars ensued and I have to say I cannot wait for this stuff to arrive.

I am so impressed not only with the results posted here - but Neil's direct involvement in the process.

Just jumped on the bandwagon and ordered the Triple Play complete care kit. I'm a little hesitant but lots of positive reviews and photos. I used to detail cars for a living years ago and am used to the wash/polish/wax routine that takes a lot of time and a toll on my back. If this works as advertised I'll be cleaning out some room in the garage. I'll try this on my 2009 Maxima first since I can't even remember when it was last polished/waxed. Great to here all the great comments on the customer service, a rare find in today's environment, and quite frankly the main reason behind my decision to give Chadwicks a try.

For the first time in 35 years of detailing my own vehicles, I can honestly say that I haven't used a drop of water on my C5 all Summer....And it always looked freshly detailed, or can be in about 30 minutes.

Same here. Washed my car once when I bought it since I didn't know any better. Then I found Chadwicks and have not used water to detail it since August 2013.
