Why does this price seem suspiciously low??
This seems to fall in the I'm skeptical category. It does have 140k. That is a lot of miles. Thoughts?

Probably used it as a D/D.
Priced about correct for a 2004 with that many miles. it is the end of Summer and convertible weather.
Dealer wants it gone, or it'll end up in auction.
I'd offer $14,500 if you are interested.
Price is not out of line, one way or another.
Expect the car to have well used seats and interior wear. (at least driver's side). Look for little things like air dam damage, broken rocker panels (under car), get a car fax, mods (some are OK, others like 'go fast' stuff could be a warning) Pull up the codes (someone here will post methods, and look for suspicious problems in the error codes, using the DIC.

There was an 04 coupe for sale here in OKC a few weeks ago for $15k with similar miles and condition as the one posted here. Only diff was that it was by an individual. Probably some issues on both but high miles knocks down the price.

That does seem like a good price depending on condition. I bought an 04 vert 6spd w/43K miles on it for $23,500 7 mos ago. Car had about all the options on it and was like new - even Michelins with about 6K miles on them.

The stock photo makes me wonder. If the car's not close by, you may want to contact the dealer to see if he can send you photos. Otherwise, don't expect it to look like the stock photo. It may not even be the same color red.

Worth checking out. As others have said, the miles lower the price by quite a bit.

It is worth checking out. I bought my well maintained Z with 168,000 miles. Anyone who sees the car cannot even come close to guessing the miles (even mechanics). See if there is any maintenance history that you can confirm and have it checked over by a trusted mechanic.
My car now has 210,000 miles and is very reliable. Maintenance costs have been minimal. In September I did a 5,000 mile road trip and won't hesitate to do it again.
