With that miles:
You stole it: $25-26,000
Great Deal $27-28,000
Good Deal $29-30,000
Fair Deal $32,000 (local, can see the car in person so you can justify spending a little more for a super clean/low mile car)
When i got mine (few years ago) i made a offer on another with 3000 miles for $30K (Co-signment at a local corvette Dealer). They owner said Yes to 30K and the car sold before i an hour later before i could make it in. bought mine with 31K miles for 26K.

I agree with Jet's assessment.
There are always concerns with cars that have been sitting for a long time without proper maintenance (tires, gaskets, etc that dry out).
I would just as well buy on that had a few miles on it (mine had 12k when purchased in 08) and had no issues.

IMO, $25K would be a fair price for the car. When you start getting up to the $30K mark, you are getting into C6 territory.

.FWIW - I bought my 04 CE in Feb 2011 it had 13k miles, A4, Corsa Pace Car exhaust and was in showroom condition. I paid $22k
Best car I have ever owned !!
One word of caution - on some of the 04 Vettes there was a gas tank leak problem. My car was one of those that had this problem - fortunately thru the efforts of folks on this Forum GM finally relented and issued a Service Bulletin so that you can get this problem fixed free of charge - McMulkin Chevy took care of this for me last year no problems since. Only a certain range of serial #'s had this problem so you might want to get the serial # and check on the link I am attaching below. One more thing i wanted to add GM will NOT fix this until you actually are leaking gas ( as mine was doing - gas smell was really strong inside my car - i never could see gas leaking on the ground ). Also I think the Service Bulletin had a limited time frame - if i remember right it is only good for 10 yrs so it ends sometime in 2014 ( might even be 12/31/13 ). Again read the link below - it covers everything you should know http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...smells-32.html
