Christmas is just around the corner.
So what are you guys getting you significant other?
Lady's, what would be good gifts for my wife?
After 25 years I'm out of ideas and NO I'm not getting her a Vette. She drives mine when I get that look.
Where should I go or look and remember, budget, budget, budget.

I have one wallet and a ring and I'm done.
Women, I just don't get it.

Any theater shows she is interested in seeing? A nice night out on the town with dinner and a show (Wicked is on my wife's list) could be nice.
Day at the spa with full manicure and massage...plus that means a day for you alone with the Corvette!
I don't understand the jewelry and purse thing either, but the gift isn't for us. You have to think what she may like. I've splurged a few times and got my wife a nice Coach purse and she loved it. Just know her style and what she has already before you go this route. Worst thing you could do is buy her something that she has "nothing to wear with it"...

I bought her a full day at the spa once and she loved it. I totally forgot. Thanks for the idea.

Every day is Christmas at my house. That is why we do not exchange gifts at Christmas, but give throughout the year. We do it because we want to, not because the TV tells us to.

You're right. We give throughout the year to one another also but with our Anniversary in late November, Christmas and her birthday falling in late December it kind of puts pressure on me. This year I just want to do it right.

They have ruined Christmas with all the black Friday and shopping hype. Does anyone even know what Christmas means anymore? Sorry, off topic. I'm done.

As one of the guys posted earlier; we must remember the gift is for 'her', not us.
That's probably why, when I asked my wife if she wanted a Supercharger, she just smiled and said, "that nice". English is her second language, and she thought it was something to charge her Iphone battery. Really, not kidding. (god, I love this girl)
So, for her recent birthday, I fell back to something that always works. I bought, and had delivered a really nice flower arrangement, in a nice vase.
Had it delivered 3 days before her birthday, so she could enjoy it some, early.
She has moved it to several locations in the house, taken several pictures of them, sent photos to all her girlfriends, said it's the happiest birthday of her life. And, all her girlfriends think I"m some sort of a god.... at least for a few days.
So guys; when all else fails, these creatures we can't seem to live without; nearly all love flowers.... It's worth a shot.

Mine is hard to please and even harder to find stuff for.
She doesn't like flowers because as she says "they're nice for a couple of days then they're dead". She doesn't like chocolate and I can't buy her clothes.
She finicky. And as George Carlin once said "finicky is a euphemism for a BIG PAIN IN THE ***!"
She's Irish. She likes money, Vegas and beer.
So maybe I should get her a day at the spa at Glen Ivy then take her to Vegas and buy her beer. I'm not giving her money tho.
Beers are still free there aren't they? Ha ha ha!
There, Happy anni-Christmas-birthday!

Jewelry and more jewelry. Doesn't have to be a break the bank purchase. Earrings, bracelet, etc. Get a jeweler you can trust and you'll have a wonderful life---every day. It works!

My wife has a Kindle but I'm getting her an iPad. She walks around the house squinting to read things on her phone, hoping the iPad will eliminate that.

I have no clue what to get my wife for Christmas. I try to listen throughout the year for some hints but so far she has not really dropped any.
