There are certain people out there you know you can trust to work on your car. From Rick you can tell he treats each car he works on like he's going to be driving it. I was expecting Rick to make me put on surgical scrubs to enter the shop...lol. So take care of that engine and drivetrain going into your car since I'll most assuredly be acquiring that from you in the future after you've broken it in

Thanks. It's a daily driver for me unless it's below 40 or there is snow and ice.

I liked your Magnaflow vid where you took off. Got traction? I've had both Stingers, and Magnaflow full system, and they both resonate the trunk @ 1700 rpms or so, but the Magna is way quieter. It also has a low frequency vibration, but the deep sound is cool. That's a great build, Rick. My diff. you built is holding up well.

I'm sure if I really stepped on it I would have spun in 3rd. Couldn't do more than 60% on the throttle without loss of traction The Magnaflow sure sounds much better now than it did when my car was stock.

Got outside and cleaned it up yesterday and took some photos on the Potomac near Mount Vernon. I intended to add additional sound proofing, but FedEx didn't deliver until near 5 pm so I decided to do some other items instead. Changed out the stock headlight bulbs and put in 8000k low and high beams. I got the fog lamps to install, but need to do more research on how to get to the space, mount them, and access the factory wiring.

Looking good. Now next stop is RadioFlyer or JWMotorsports (both forum vendors) and get a set of true projector headlights.

That is going to happen later. What else I did yesterday evening was install the GHL Bullets I recently acquired. I think of the four exhausts I've had on the car in the last month I like these best.

Just need to do some "drive-by" passes with them now

Today will be sound deadening and maybe the fog lamps.

Today's activities involved adding additional sound deadening to the car. Last month I had already put down a part of a pre-cut kit in the trunk/cargo area purchased from Madvette Motorsports. His kit was labeled and pretty much covered everything. Last week after having the Borla exhaust on my car I decided I would add more so I also got a kit from Mid America Motorworks. Their kit wasn't as complete as I hoped it would be only providing for floor boards, cargo area immediately behind the seats, and over the wheel wells. This kit was installed over the kit from MM. For the areas not covered in the trunk by the MAM kit I added insulation I got from Home Depot (2'x50' roll for $23). I was able to get the entire interior completed. The seats were very easy to remove with the top off. I wasn't able to get photos of the completed installation because my phone didn't have enough juice I did decide I will get a kit to repair the foam of my factory seats until I can save up for a set of Corbeau seats. Looking at actually doing the stereo stuff tomorrow...otherwise that will be next weekend's project.

Here's what I did Friday evening...

Running the speaker wires thru the door and frame.

In goes the Kicker component speakers...

And the finished install

Forgot to take pics of the stealth sub or the Kicker coax speakers in the rear, but my sound system totally now!

Rick is meticulous and does excellent work and keeps customers fully informed along the way, plus he's one of the nicest people you'll meet.
He did the installation of my TR6060 trans w/C6Z06 differential conversion.
I would recommend him to anyone, without hesitation.
