What is your end goal? What do you want your car to do? Are you doing the work yourself? Sometimes replies are a little slow, sometimes people don't know and don't want to reply.

I would help you if I could. Most people here don't have the expertise to help you. Nothing personal.

I'll help you out here a bit as I've done all you're asking plus a lot more. Basically, the parts you've listed are for a simple cam change and their related parts (lifters, push rods, new oil pump, etc). Those are all fine but the question CutlassMaster asked is legit. What are you end goals? Where do you want to be. The parts you're listing might get you another 30-40hp but not much more than that. That's a fairly mild cam for spending that much $$. A good mid range cam that is proven to give good results is the TSP 224/228 cam. Lots and lots of those installed and being used by guys here.
But all this brings us back to where do you want to be when you're finished? Are you going to add other stuff to this later? Intake? Headers? New heads? etc.... list goes on and on. The plan is to figure out where you'd like to be and then work towards that goal. In my case, I was looking for 450rwhp. I did new heads, cam, intake, TB, headers, all your stuff and then some and I'm at 430 right now. Didn't quite make it all the way, but not too far off. Its definitely a fun car. I've got a couple more mods to do and I might get there yet. The stock LS1 engine puts out about 300rwhp. With your stuff you'll be at 330-340ish. (Guessing of course). Its a nice seat of the pants upgrade but is that where you want to be? Let us know and we'll see if we can be of some help.
After I posted this, I see you just posted some more info. Since you do have the headers already, you can up that rwhp by another 20-25rwhp. I'd personally get a little bit bigger cam, but thats just me. You'll be seeing some gain but I'd rather see more. BTW, have you already done any dyno pulls on your car to see where you're at?

I do not really want to be the fastest but having strong fast engine makes me feel comfortable, I did like the LPE GT1-1 better than the GT2-3 but after some reading I figured out that I may end up changing valve spring and other component every 15k-25k miles ? The LPE GT1-1 or LPE GT11 would be my cam of choice because the sound and the aggressive but I'm not doing the repairs myself and having the shop replace damage parts can be costly.
This should be my last upgrade to the car and not adding no intake, and no heads, this become something addictive that never ends. I mention the oil pump because is part of any rebuild including all A/C belts also moving from Shocks F55 to Z06 to avoid the replace of the F55 shock when it brakes. If I was happy with stock C5 with this mods I may feel a little better but if you can confirm that going with a bigger cam will not get me into bigger problems I can also upgrade the valve springs to double valve springs for extra relialibity

While there are a lot of folks on here that have done some great mods, unless you are doing the SAME mods, it's hard to say. Whoever you are having do the engine work should be able to go over options with you based on where you want to be in the end.
But even 2 cars with the exact same mods will often yield different results.

I did not see a new harmonic balancer/pulley on your list. A known weak area. At 3500 rpm the motor is Just waking up,,,, No reason to limit yourself there especially if installing a larger camshaft! Good luck with this, where are you taking it? I have heard good things about Horsepower Sales and Lashway Motorsports looks like a good operation. look for a supporting vendor, or someone who does Vettes/LSX mostly.

new GM harmonic balancer/pulley was added to the list but not a aftermarket like ATI or SLP.......Instead I replaced the other pulley with the COMP CAM Billet Belt Tensioner, part: 54021

Not all of us on here are engine building experts. You would get better response in the tech forum. This forum is for "whats the best sounding exhaust" "I like your wheels" area of the forum
