03 C5Z CD Player Not Working
I have a 2003 Z06 with a CD player that displays error for each and every CD that is inserted. Is replacing with a stock unit the best route?

I would replace with an double din from dennis over at double d mods..the stock unit it well stock..its pretty worn out in the fact its very limited on what it can do

I have already cleaned mine twice in 10 years and it fixed it both times.
The laser just builds up junk.
Kinda like the film that builds up on the inside windows.
You eventually have to clean it.

Easy fix..... clean the laser.
