All the write-ups I've seen recommend using Rhino Glue
http://www.rhinoglue.com/
My window recently came loose and I ordered some rhino glue, but I'm away on business currently and haven't had a chance to actually do it.
I'm not sure if there is a different brand of glue that's locally available. I'm sure there is, but when I was researching I was getting confused with all the technical glue talk, and didn't want to take any chances so I just ordered Rhino glue from their website; the prices seemed reasonable enough and they have good reputation for repairing cloth tops, not just on corvettes.

Caught mine as it started to separate and fixed it with Rhino CA adhesive before it completely came loose. This was years ago and still holds through car washes and extreme heat of SoCal. I would highly recommend it
