I really don't see it blending well. I know there are some guys who installed the C6 ZR1 rear spoiler on the C5 and I thought the sharp angles didn't really match up with the curves of the C5.
Since the C7 has even more sharp edges than the C6, I think it will look even more out of place. However some might like the look and try it.
Personally, I think there are much better C5 aftermarket options.
