Double Din's
I have a stupid question. If you order, or send in your single din to get it converted to a double din. Will the double din fit any double din radio, or do they have custom fit the double din to your double din radio?

If you have DD Mods do the mod the DD bezel with fit any DD head, but if you wait for a sale his packages can't be beat and his support after the sale is the best I have ever experienced.

Dennis is a great resource for this mod and he did mine a number or years ago. From my experience and I am going onto my 3rd double din head unit with the same modified double din bezel, when I went from a standard screen head unit to a head unit that had a motorized screen, so very slight sanding was needed for the clearance of the screen movement. It was sanded in the corners and it was on the inside edges, so I can't event tell it was sanded. It's one of the best mods you can do to your C5, considering the OEM head unit was basically the same and is 17 years old now, since since 1997. Okay they went from a cassette player to a cd player, yippee.
