Most of the N2o boys hang out at LS1tech. On a dry kit, you put it in front of the MAF.

I had mine about 4-5 in away. you want a nice pattern but not too wide as it hits the maf wire. Also, LS1, remove the screen. Careful not to f up the little wire in the middle.

i wonder what would happen if you called zex and asked them for the instructions???

http://www.zex.com/

PHONE: 1-888-817-1008

as far as hooking up the regulator line, that won't happen as the fuel pressure regulator has no vacuum line going to it.

i found this basic instruction sheet from zex online pretty easily

I called ZEX and they said they don't make the dry kit for vettes because they have no fuel return line... So I can't use this kit on my vette. Only the wet ZEX kit..

ok.. we need to step back here a little. I'm getting the feeling that you have not done any of this before. There's a LOT of things to do looooong before you get to push the button.
You can use a dry system (like I did) on a vette w/o a fuel return line. You will need larger injectors, a BAP (boost a pump), colder spark plugs, and tuning. You also "should" have some safety stuff like a Fuel pressure safety switch (may be built into the Zex box.. I dunno), first gear cutout switch (manual trans).. and the list goes on and on.
If you can afford to buy another motor, just bolt in their kit and flip the switch. I will be a very fast n furious couple of minutes.

oh.. as for a vacuum line, the only one is on the rear of the intake manifold and almost impossible to get to without taking off the manifold.

He won't need larger injectors and a boost a pump unless he is going to run a large out of nitrous. Usually above 125. Tuning is debatable. Stock tune should be no issue.

I know this as I have run thousands of pounds of nitrous In my cars.

The zex kit needs to go.

I think blue but again calling zex and getting the instructions from them would be much quicker than here.

I found the instruction for you here by doing an Internet search

https://www.corvetteforum.com/c5-for...ml?styleid=140

And a search for tps wiring for a 2000 corvette on here resulted in someone asking this question who was installing a zex kit back in 2005
