Way too much. More like 10-11K IMHO.

Have to agree with C5VetteGuy on this one.

Salvaged title = no resale value.

not sure I understand all your shorthand . . .but from what I can read, waaaay too much money for that car by a good five grand.

Don't do it.

resale value is 2/3 of regular clean title. If it was repaired correctly no worries at all, just make sure to look at the frame under the hood.

I wouldn't pay 15k but 12.5 is realistic

If you plan on keeping it for a long, long time, getting one with a salvaged title could be a good deal if the price is right. I doubt I would pay $15K for one, but $10-11K might be another story.

General rule of thumb for those of us in the car business is that a correctly repaired salvage title vehicle is worth roughly half of what the same vehicle would be worth with a good title. It is a specialty vehicle being a z06 though so might command a little more. But if you feel it would be worth 23k with a good title a fair price would be as others said 11,500-12,500 good luck and keep us posted
