Props to Dennis @ Double D Mods
I mentioned this already in my Grand Sport project thread, but wanted to give a shout out to Dennis for spending time with me to diagnose an issue with my new audio install. 
I think we have it figured out - part is on order and we will see when it comes in.
It has been said here on CF before, but I will repeat it - great customer service!

couldn't agree more. dennis has helped me through at least 2 audio install siwth product, parts and fabulous customer service. i haven't ever come across anyone who is more willing to give of his own time to help out a customer that he is. "great customer service" is selling him short. it's way better than great.
