Hi Chip-
I'm looking for a cover that will help keep shop odors (cigarette smoke/small engine fumes etc) from permeating the cover and getting to the interior....Would this be the best cover?
Car is stored inside always but occasionally the smell gets inside.

If I were you, I would get a Stormproof. It is kind of like parachute
material. Anything cotton or nylon based will suck up the smells and
hold on to them until cleaned...

There really is no such thing as a waterproof car cover.
Car cover materials are designed to breathe. Water resistant would
be a better description.
Grommets are on 2 sides, below the drivers and passenger side
