Not a clue! It was too long ago, but as someone else said, it has become an obsession!

Got the "Ten Year Member" tag, just waitin' on the 15 year tag.

I used to scour the web for corvette mods for my C4. Used to be hard to find stuff back in late 90's. I recall an individuals site called "king of the hill", and he had documented each mod on his C4. Then one day I stumbled on the CF, was on in 99, didn't join until 2000.

I owned a power stroke diesel truck,so I belonged to the power stroke Forum .I also owned a mustang vert and I belonged to the All Mustang Forum. With the motor home I belonged to several Travel Forums. So when I bought my vette in August Of 2010 it was only natural for me to find and join the Corvette Forum. The last being the best.

A Google search for "Corvette C5 <pretty much anything specific>" will bring up this forum in one of the first five hits.

A Google search for my two favorite things..... **** and Corvette's. Marriage made the **** disappear, but the corvette is a keeper.

I was googling something for my C4. I have read some of the other boards, but this was the one I joined.

Yep, Google will get you here if you're interested in Corvettes.

Bought my Vette last September at a car show - was originally looking for a 69 or 70 Mach 1. Realized I could not afford a "good" and bought the Vette on the spot. Not a single regret since then. Got home and started searching on "Corvette stuff" as the car was missing one of the mesh screens on the front air intake. Landed on the Forum and have been hooked since. I blame the Forum for several thousands of enjoyment - including the purchase of Vette No. 2.

I was selling my '94 Corvette and searching for C5 Corvettes for sale and came across the CF. I hung out in the C5 forums for about 6 months before I finally joined. Best forum on the net. Met a lot of good people here.

Google search led me to CF. I lurked in the shadows awhile before joining.

A friend that I worked with about 15 years ago was on it a lot. I lurked for a bunch of years and finally joined about 5 years ago.
