Default C5 Exhaust Choices

Hey Guys!

I just purchased a 2001 z06 in February, and am looking at doing an axle back. I have already done LG Street Headers with an O/R X, Cam, and Intake. I would like to get some more sound out of it without the exhaust being too raspy. I would prefer to have the car as loud as possible, and I really like the drone inside the cabin. Any thoughts on what exhaust would be loud, but not real raspy? I've been looking into a few different options. The B&B Bullets, Borla Stingers, or the Magnaflow Xl (Haven't heard many videos of these, so not real sure on these yet.) Any thoughts/Suggestions?

Thanks guys!

The Magna Flows my car came with gave plenty of noise inside the cabin. That is why I now run Corsa.

Borla Stingers, of course! If my wife complains that they're too noisy, then they must be good! Drowns out her constant bitching.

Haha the stingers are my first choice based on sound clips and that amazing explanation! Which corsa system is on the car currently?

Default Exhaust

My vote is for the B&B Bullets I have had two sets of them both with long tube headers. The sound is well lets say beyond awesome.

I have the sports w/o cats. You may like the extreme's. Not sure if they will be loud enough in the cabin though.

I really like the Corsa Extreme with 4'' quad tips.

If you like drone, go with the Bullets or Stingers. As far as I know, the Corsa's do not really have drone - at least mine does not.

Those corsas sound amazing! Any thoughts on the magnaflow xls? I have yet to hear these or get any real reviews on them. I like the corsas, but would prefer to go with a cheaper system

I have stingers and they sound amazing. That being said, there is a lot of drone with this system, which makes long road trips tough to handle. I may replace the system someday for something else, but for now, the stingers are staying put.

Would you be willing to sell them? If so how much? I still have the stock ti's which are way too quiet for me.

Me? Not at this time. I am still enjoy the sound too much to part with the system. I am going to be making the car more track oriented anyway, so long road trips aren't really in the near future with this car anyway.

We are running a big sale on Magnaflow right now (must call for the coupon code). While Magnaflow is not 304 Stainless like Corsa and Borla, all three are nice setups! Feel free to call us if you have any questions! 443-730-9428

Well I think it's between thee bullets or stingers. Both sound amazing, and both brands make quality products. Thanks again for all the input!!
