telescoping steering wheel not working don,t know where to start to fix it have dash out now

I just looked in my manual . Did not see it. It might be combined with something else. Does everything else work OK?

I thought the telescoping steering was combined with the memory / seat control modules under the driver seat? Might want to look into that.
