Default Why does traction control cut in above 40mph?

I'm looking at a 01 z06 with about 700rwhp, the seller is giving me all the details and has mentioned that the traction control tends to cut on at speeds above 40mph. He's asking a good price, but I'm wondering how much it would cost to get this fixed and if I should be worried

Not to sound like a smart *** but if he is losing traction at or so above 40...It's going to come on same at 10mph......Because well it's not turned off...If there are issues with the traction control itself no one can tell you what the issue is..post the codes on the dic and help us help you

Additionally there MAY be other AH/TC issues. Post all the codes here as well. Here is info on how:

Here is how to pull and post codes:

Post ALL your codes including the H or C or HC that follows each 5 character code. If you have any Unnnn codes then list the sensor under which the Unnnn code appears. For example 28-TCS U1016.

The same Unnnn codes can appear under multiple sensors and it is helpful to know which sensor the Unnnn code is associated with.
The seller says there are no codes, he has 275 series on the car

yes they need to be different. 8vette7 is a trusted source. He knows what he is talking about. He has helped me out once or twice and has been ***** on dead accurate with his recommendations. Check to codes and the tire size. If the seller will not let you test the codes with the above then walk. There is more that he is not telling you if that is the case.
