Try the national corvette museum. I believe you will have to purchase both the window sticker and the build sheet. I had both for my 96 but not yet for my 04.

I got mine Friday. It's $50.00 for a copy laminated if you are a member or $60.00 if not. Have your VIN ready, your membership number and a credit card ready when you call.
