I don't use it all the time, but do use it quite a bit. It wasn't a must have when I bought the car, but now I'm glad its there.

Yep, use it all the time. I only have the speed screen showing. That's the only screen that counts. Every thing else is on the DIC.
Very option to have. There is a sport model Cadillac that has it to as of 2013.

It was honestly a deal breaker for me not to have it. I wouldn't have gotten my car if it didn't have the option.
but I ended up never using it, maybe once or twice....

Rarely use it. It's more of a novelty to me than anything else. I find it as distractive as looking at the gages. Your eyes still have to focus on the display in same matter as they do when looking at the cluster. You still drive on peripheral vision for that moment. Going into a corner my bottom is much better at judging the speed than window display that has a noticeable lag in showing actual speed. How many of you quickly stopped the car and noticed the display still reads 2 or 3 MPH for a second after. The cluster is actually more precise and faster to read, for me at least. I'm glad I have it but would not miss it if it disappeared tomorrow. Just my honest opinion, yours may vary

I use it all the time. Never check the speedometer. It's taken awhile to train myself to check RPMs by looking at the HUD, but I'm learning. No reason to take your eyes off the windshield if you don't have to. I have HUD on my Buick as well, and love it. Hate that my Lexus doesn't have it.

I use it almost exclusively! I only look at the gauges when i need gas or temps. Even those are on the HUD. My father liked the one in my C5Z so much that he purchased it for his base C6

I really thought it was a gimiick prior to actually having it, I couldnt live without now that I have it. Never look down anymore except for quick glance to check temps. As someone else mentioned this should be required in all cars. Love it!
