I liked it enough in my C5 Z that I dug in and fixed it after it had fallen. I set the DIC to read oil temps and everything else while road racing is monitored on the HUD.

First time to have HUD....Takes a little getting out of the habit of looking at the outdated analog ..... but, like most innovative technology it is sooooo cool once you use it........and its working......a few bugs to work out like the glare , and the freaky overload blue cluster that occurs like a mirage in the desert sun....but mostly AWESOMENESS.....is that a word?

All the time. Most cars will eventually have them. GPS incorporated into the HUD is already happening.

I agree 100%. A prime factor when I get my next car will be that it has a HUD.

They will have to improve them. On a sunny day wearing polarized sunglasses the HUD is hard to see.

Mines set to display speed only.
The rest is too small to read at a glance with traffic and other obstacles.

HUD is like having four wheel drive in a pick-up truck once you have it you can't be without it.

You guys must not wear polarized sun glasses. HUD is pretty useless with them.
