SVT BAIT - Actually Not Dead!
It's been a long while since I've posted up here on CF. This year I purchased my first home, and have changed career paths. Both of these are taking a lot of my time, so my automotive passion has unfortunately been put to the side.
I was fortunate enough to take the Z06 out this past weekend for a fall cruise. I met up with a a couple friends and we went up into the Gatineau Park to take in some of the fall scenery in the mountains that Canada has to offer. I am hoping to be more involved next summer!
Enjoy the photos!
And a photo of the "daily driver" for good measure:

Your in FLA, not like you need to worry about it! The only thing you have to worry about is keep your eyes on the road and not on the chics wearing bikini's walking down Siesta drive, lol

Those are some great looking cars in those pics. Do you have a harness bar and harness? If so did you modify the stock Z06 seat for the belts to fit?

Growing up in the midwest, I have memories of hitting patches of wet leaves in my mid-80s Camaro IROC Z28. Days when I had a lot more HP than common sense.

It was the worst car I ever owned to drive in sloppy weather even with the "high output" 215 HP V8. The tail would spin out even despite the 80s era GM traction control. However, the primary reason I got rid of it was because the Camaro/Firerbirds were the #1 stolen car in the country at the time. I had to park mine at a commuter train station and I had five theft attempts. Just like my C5, I kept it spotless so that made it even more of a target. I even wired a hidden CD player (hi tech back then) underneath the seat and kept the stock dummy GM head unit in the dash. Crazy!
