At that time I'll be at a Road Bike (bicycle) charity ride in north NC. The one passion that tops the Vette is riding bikes, road, mountain doesn't matter as long as it has two wheels, pedals and I'm the motor.

I'm not a big fan of the resto-mod rebodies of putting a `67-like body on a newer chassis, but that's the company that sponsored the program so that comes with the territory.
It was cool to see Adam, Katie and Wendell -- names we've long associated with the NCM-- talk about that day and their roles.
The "hosts"- Bill and Maria left me sorta cold- but it'll be interesting to see more programs to see if they're really Corvette people or just talking heads.
Stay tuned . . . .

But there were still some plainly bad writing that got past the editors. I especially loved how they said they decided to remove the blue streak Vette first since it was the last car on top of the pile.
Really? You mean shoving it to the side, and digging for the first Vette that fell in 7 cars beneath it wasn't the logical thing to do?
Some writer or editor on that show needs to proof read, and speak their parts to ensure logical consistency and continuity before they record it for air. That was just one "goofy moment", there were others for sure.
Overall, it seemed to improve slghtly from last year...but not much. Here's hoping they get it dialed in before I decide the # of data bits it takes to record/DVR it is too high for the content saved on the hard drive, and my over developed demand of common sense in communication skills forces me to punch the "Delete" button.

I agree with some of the comments above - last year's season was a bit underwhelming. Sorry to say, this season's first episode did little to change my impression.
Don't get me wrong - the concept for the show is cool , I just think the execution is lacking.
The show seems to be more targeted toward the general public, not necessarily Corvette enthusiasts - it's just so light duty. It's kinda like reading a book written for a fourth grader - nothing inherently wrong with it, but it just isn't very satisfying.
And I also agree with comments about the overabundance of commercials.
Having attended the NCM 20th Anniversary Celebration, I am eagerly anticipating those episodes. If they disappoint as well, I may take Corvette Nation off my list of programs to record...
