your Favorite Mods; before and after pics
Mods to your C5, before and after. Let's have some fun here, I hope.
Did you change wheels/tires, let's see 'em before, and after.
Change paint, add stripes, mod your interior, exhaust tips, engine mods (something that will show) like adding a SuperCharger.
Help me out here, to think of other mods we can show. Anyone change something, found you didn't like it, and changed it back. Let's see it!
Post up a photo or two of before; and then a couple or 3 of after your mod, which you think makes your C5 your own. Large or small, if you got pictures, show them, and a little explanation of what you did and how you like the results.
I'll start. I put new wheels and tires on over a year ago, and I love them. I only wish I could get the rears in a little wider version, to put some more rubber to the road.

You have a beautiful car! However, I actually prefer the way it looked before! That's probably because I'm an old fart!

Thanks for your thoughts. As I said, I loved it before, and also love it after.
And, I appreciate the 'old fart' reference...... ;-) I feel that way too, sometimes.
C5 rocks in many forms...

Best mod IMO is either the long tubes or shift ****.
Factory shift **** is that awful.

My mods have all been cosmetic, but they do make the car mine.

Engine bay/under the hood today:
Interior now - Vette Essentials leather treatment on many interior items and body color pieces to bring some color into the interior:

Bought my Z about 3 years ago with 28k miles and pretty much bone stock except for some motor work:
Tons of mods later...and I like everything I've done (however not a few of the companies I did business with)...but modding a car to my exact desires is a lot of fun.
I can't say that I like any mod the best, rather it's the combo of the mods that have made my car into something I'm super excited about every time I open the garage.

Pretty cool looking cars in here. I will try to keep up.
Not sure if I have a favorite mod but if I had to pick one it would be the engine bay I guess.
Before, when I bought it back in '07.
What it looked like a few weeks ago. Notice the difference in how the paint is now? Took me about 6 months after I bought it to get it to the point I was happy with it with a lot of polishing. It shows it's true colors these days.
What the engine bay looked like when I bought it.
What it looks like these days. I actually have the air intake painted gloss black now too.
Also just installed some new seat skins with some purple accent stitching to go along with my shifer and e-brake boots.
I am really glad I was able to rescue this Vette from a life of neglect at the time it came up for sale. Having lots of fun with it.
Keep 'em coming..........
