Anyone use a C6 cover on there C5. Curious on how it would fit. The guy lives a few hours away and I can't try it on for size.
I have an opportunity to buy a nice all black GM cover that was used on a C6. I have a 99 FRC.

It's really tight and barely covers the car . . .I hook the mirror cups to help the tension - - but it works acceptably in the garage- but it won't work if you're using it outside where there's wind etc . . .I have a Wolfe cover from my C6 and assumed they were the same size - -clearly, C5 is a bit wider and longer.

It might depend upon brand and how tightly it fits - - - for my sporadic use, it's OK - - and I plan to get another C6 before too long.

I use a c6 cover on my c5z and its from coverking. Fits just fine and use it outside all the time at work with zero problems.

He is claiming it to be a "STRETCH" cover so I might give it a try, if i am not happy with the fit i can just resell it.

Pretty sure they're all about the same. I use my former C5's cover on my C7. No problems.

yes it is the satin stretch cover. I got it for $40 on CL and just use it for my work to keep the dust and tree sap off it.

That's my C6 Cover King Stretch cover on my C5.. fits like a glove!
