Anyone who can help me with info about seat foam and replacement covers, I am seeking advice as to who makes the best of both and for the most reasonable costs for a '99 coupe ..... Thank you very muchly

I bought my seat foam from Vette Essentials and seat covers from DJ Motorsports.
VE also makes top of the line seat covers, but the price is 2X - 3X more than DJM.

I bought my seat covers from Vette Essentials - top quality leather, great customer service and perfect fit. As already mentioned, not cheap but quality does cost. VE sells replacement foam too.
If they are not in your budget, check out the seat covers from Mid-America.

I did mine a while ago and posted this:

I reorganized my Photobucket so the pic links are broken. Here are the pics:
Here's a halfway done shot:
And both installed:
I did end up using the padded console cover and am satisfied with it.
I never did get any response to the missing visor covers/extra console cover. I figure that he ran out of/stopped manufacturing the visor covers and threw the extra console cover in as compensation. Just wish he would have told me or at least acknowledged it.
I pulled the steering wheel cover off - did not like the feel of the embroidered Corvette logo and figured it would get dirty and/or start to fray with use. Mine's a driver not a show car. Went with a Wheelskinz cover instead. Love the feel much more than the OEM hard, smooth, shiny leather cover.
Good luck with your project!

Changed mine out about six years ago. It was a decision between Vette Essentials and Carravagio for me. I went with VE... still look like the day I installed them and mine is a DD...
